365 Q&A #41: Name That Film

This writing prompt was rather fun as it incorporated two of my favorite things: writing and film. It went as follows:

Think of two of your favorite films. Can you write a plot synopsis of each in just a sentence?

I went a step further and attempted to do so without giving away major plot points. See if you can figure them out.
