365 Q&A #13: Freewrite

Another new month and this one starts off with a freewrite. I decided to write about one of my reoccurring dreams.

I'm walking around LA a few years from now and spot you out of the corner of my eye. You are out to lunch with a woman. I don't say anything or wave as I'm sure you won't remember me. I make it a few more feet down the block and hear you call my name. I turn around and there you are. I can't even speak but there is no need. You rush up to me and kiss me hard. I almost collapse in shock. You start to apologize but I shut you up with a kiss as passionate as yours. We walk back to the table to grab your things and the woman you were with, "your so called business date", promptly throws her drink at you. She then dumps her water on me because I "seem nice". We both laugh it off and head back to your place to dry off.

This dream always has the same people in it but the situation or scenery changes. Dreams are a funny thing. Some of them frightening others blissful. What is a reoccurring dream that you have? Do you even remember your dreams?
